What size posters can I buy from you?
There are three sizes available, A1, A2 and A3:
A1 = 841mm x 594 (33.1 x 23.4 inches)
A2 = 594mm x 420 (23.4 x 16.5 inches)
A3 = 420mm x 297 (16.5 x 11.7 inches)
Is it safe to pay online?
We take your payment through Paypal, the internationally recognised online payment system. It's one of the safest methods available and you don't need to have a paypal account to use it.
Simply enter your credit or debit card details through the secure paypal system.
Is there a charge for delivery?
All the prices shown include delivery within the UK mainland. There are no hidden extras so you won't get a nasty surprise when you get to the checkout. What you see is what you pay.
Posters are sent via Royal Mail Post in good quality postal tubes.
If you're outside the UK please contact us for delivery options.
Do you post overseas?
All the prices shown include delivery within the UK mainland. For overseas customers please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we'll prepare an estimate for you.
Are custom designs more expensive?
No, all prices are the same regardless of any 'customisation'.
So you can have a personalised poster for the same price as any of our standard designs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our Standard service ensures that your poster is despatched within ten working days via 2nd Class Post.
For urgent deadlines, please consider using our EXPRESS service which costs a little bit more but ensures that your poster is despatched via 1st Class Post within 48 hours of us receiving your order confirmation.
What kind of finish will my poster have?
All posters are printed using professional large format printers onto double weight matt poster paper. This produces a lightweight print that is easily attached to walls and has a very high quality matt texture.
Where's my proof?
We aim to e-mail a proof of any customised poster designs within three working days of receiving your order.... a target we've never missed yet!
So, if three working days have passed, and you haven't received your proof, please do the following:
First, check your SPAM folder (and mark 'email@example.com' as a 'safe' sender). If there's nothing there from us, please call us on 01904 416684 and we'll sort it out!
