Pet-inspired prints and gifts for cat and dog households
Choose pet-inspired wall art, cards and notebooks for animal-loving households, with advice on the joke, the room and the gift format.

Some households have a pet. Others have a small management structure with paws. If that sounds familiar, a pet-inspired print can turn everyday animal behaviour into a suitably unofficial notice.
Match the design to the animal's character
Start with the behaviour the owner recognises: watchfulness, apparent judgement, garden patrols or a complete disregard for household rules. Read the wording and inspect the full illustration together before choosing.
Domestic Surveillance is the MOP department for pet-inspired prints and gifts. A design that captures a familiar habit usually feels more personal than simply choosing anything with an animal in it.
Choose a place for the print
A hallway, study or living room can give a household notice a natural home. Think about who will see it and whether the joke reads well in that setting. Above a pet's favourite spot can be amusing, provided the artwork is positioned securely and kept out of reach.
Measure the wall and test a paper outline first. Our poster size guide compares inches and centimetres. If a frame must fit between shelves or furniture, check its outside dimensions before ordering.
Buying a gift for a pet owner
For someone whose decorating taste you know well, a poster or framed print can be a personal gift. If you know their animal better than their interior, a card or notebook offers the same humour with fewer decisions about wall space.
Check the illustration carefully when buying for a cat or dog owner. The recipient's affection for their own animal is the starting point; do not assume any pet-themed design will feel equally relevant.
Pick the right format
In the shop, select Domestic Surveillance and then choose the format you want. With all formats selected, each design lists the available formats underneath, making it easier to find the same artwork as a print, card or notebook.
Cards are blank inside and include an envelope. Notebooks have Wire-O binding and 120 pages. For posters and framed prints, open the materials and size panels on the product page and confirm the option you are buying.
Keep the gift personal
Add a note about the animal's particular habit rather than a generic “for a pet lover” message. A household joke is strongest when the owner immediately knows who is being discussed. Formal identification of the suspect is rarely necessary.
